Join Our Team
Present Pillars Foundation seeks a passionate and dedicated Community Health Worker (CHW) to focus on improving the health and well-being of men in Benton Harbor and surrounding communities. This position plays a critical role in the Present Pillars Health Navigator Program by connecting men to essential resources, fostering healthy lifestyles, and addressing barriers to care. The CHW will collaborate with staff and community partners to provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed support, promoting mental, physical, and financial health. This is a grant funded position.
